1995 Ford Falcon Ute in NEWTOWN, Victoria for sale

I have an 1995 XG ute for sale.
I had it running about 6 months ago and it would run great. Then I tried starting it one day and it wouldn't start. I have tried different things such as putting new fuel in, putting a new fuel filter in and trying trying different batteries. I then looked for spark from the spark plugs and there was no spark.
It comes with spare tyre, homemade bar on the back with spotties on the bar (spotties are not wired up but worked last time I used them), CD player which works, it also has a 2.5 inch exhaust on it as well, 3 seater and it is column shift auto. When it was running it had plenty of power and sounded great. Rego was removed when I bought it. Doors could do with some new hinges. A water hose has a hole in it but I just filled it up after every drive and tailgate had dent. Needs new battery terminals also and the battery is dead. This ute would make a great paddock ute or for parts. Ute has some rust but not too much. Has gas but is not hooked up and I have never used it.
I am asking $300 for it but am open to sensible offers. Maybe consider swapping for a running 125cc or bigger dirtbike.
